ARTY PF-BOARD PRIMER
ARTY PF-BOARD PRIMER is painting on the aluminum attachment surface of the insulation board (PF-BOARD) to enhance adhesion and prevent aluminum from corroding.
It is a very important product to prevent falling out and peeling by improving the adhesion of cement mortar when painting on the PF board surface.

Usage
Use as a primer for insulation boards (PF-BOARD), Isopink boards, urethane boards, etc. for concrete and mortar surfaces

- Color: VIOLET, WHITE
- Composition: Water-soluble liquid type
- pH : 6 – 7
- Solid content (%): VIOLET (25 ± 1), WHITE (48 ± 1)
- Viscosity(K.U) : VIOLET(85 ± 5), WHITE(95 ± 5)
- Theoretical Quantity For Application: 0.1~0.15 kg/㎡
- Thinning (dilution rate): No dilution
- Number of coats of paint: 1 to 2 times
- Drying time (25℃): Within 30 minutes of dryness, within 3 hours of solidification
- Shelf life: 12 months
- Packing unit : VIOLET(16kg), WHITE(18kg) / Plastic Pail

Application Method
- When painting concrete and mortar surfaces, it should be sufficiently cured.
- When painting the insulation board surface, the painting surface must be clean.
- Paint once or twice evenly with Airless paint sprayer, water or oil rollers, and brushes.
- When painting the insulation board surface, the painting surface must be clean.

Precautions
- Do not mix with other paints.
- Avoid painting on rainy days, humid days (over 85%), and days with low temperatures (below 5°C).
- Do not freeze the product, keep it indoors (storage temperature 5~35℃) avoiding fire and direct sunlight, and store it unopened facing the top. Store the remaining product after use in the same way.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Wash exposed skin thoroughly after use.
- Even if it is a product of the same product, color, and LOT, the appearance may vary depending on the dilution ratio, painting equipment, and painting method, so paint with the same LOT product, painting equipment, and method as much as possible.
- Dispose of waste paint through a waste disposal company designated by the Ministry of Environment.
- Use the product within the storage period (marked on the label).
